ALLENTOWN, PA, DECEMBER 7, 2011 J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (JGPCO), SunOpta Food Inc. (SunOpta) has agreed to a long term lease of the entire facility located at in Upper Macungie Twp., Lehigh Co., Pa. SunOpta will utilize the 101,250 +-SF facility to produce a range of natural and organic fruit based consumer packaged products utilizing innovative packaging formats.  Deal Terms:  15 year NNN lease, valued at $7,573,000.
