Darbin Skeans, CCIM, serves as Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness / Imperial Realty, specializing in the sale of industrial and office properties in the Lehigh Valley of Eastern Pennsylvania. With 38 years of commercial real estate experience, Skeans has handled transactions including the development of office/industrial parks, the sale of golf resort property, leasing office, industrial and retail projects, sale and/or exchange of numerous office and industrial buildings, and consulting on a 1,000,000 square ft. industrial re-use project in Brooklyn, NY.

Darbin is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, earned in 1983. He served as President of the CCIM Institute in 2001. Darbin has represented the CCIM Institute before businesses and professional groups around the globe. He has participated in Real Estate Conferences in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany and traveled to China to set up a cooperative educational venture for the CCIM Institute. Darbin is joined in business with Debby, his wife of 38 years, and their son Tom.

Education:
Tom attended Lehigh University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a Minor in Urban Studies.

Experience:
Tom serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in land, office and retail properties in Lehigh Valley, PA. With ten years of commercial real estate experience Skeans has secured numerous transactions with a career sales volume of over $50 million.

Career highlights include the sale of a $7 million Net Leased Industrial site in Fogelsville, PA. Skeans specializes in land sales and has sold over $10 million in the past three years.

As an active member of the commercial real estate community, Skeans is a designated member of the CCIM Institute and on the 2010 CCIM Board. He is also a member of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors.

Douglas Fassman – Property Manager

Experience:
Douglas K. Fassman has been with Sperry Van Ness/ Imperial Realty since 1999. He is a licensed PA Salesperson and is currently working towards achieving both his CCIM designation and his IREM Certified Property Manager designation. He is responsible for the management and daily operation of nearly 400,000 SF of office, flex, retail, and residential space. His responsibilities include leasing, overseeing tenant improvements, and coordinating all property maintenance.
